  • All wines sold by A Grape Pairing Ltd are imported from Italy and sourced from reputable suppliers. However, we are not liable for any variations in quality or taste that may occur from time to time due to factors beyond our control.

3.2 Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

3.3 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Wine Tasting Events

4.1 Event Booking

  • Bookings for wine tasting events can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings can also be made through Third party websites such as eventbrite or design my night, directly on our partners platform.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

4.2 Event Participation

  • Participants must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual who fails to comply with our event policies or who is deemed to be a risk to themselves or others.

4.3 Allergens

  • Some wines may contain allergens such as sulfites. While we endeavor to provide accurate allergen information, we are not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur. Participants are advised to make their own enquiries with us prior to attending the event.
  • Allergen/Dietary requests must be made prior to the event. We will then assess the level in which we can cater for said requests

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
  • If A Grape Pairing Ltd cancels an event, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered.

  • A Grape Pairing Ltd is not liable for any defects, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products. All wines are imported and provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty, express or implied.
